Over de functieThe position of Customer Support is a sales and technical support position within a technical environment handling sales and general technical issues for customers in France and the Mediterranean area. Your general responsibilities in this function will be, among others:Providing excellent customer servicePossessing technical knowledge of all products and supporting themIssuing and following up on quotationsHandling customer requestsDeveloping and maintaining close relationships and contact with dealer baseCoordinating the company school attendees each month (participating during lunches and/or dinners with customers)Over het bedrijfYou will be working for an international company specialised in audiovisual technology.
