Working together with a multi-disciplinary, highly motivated team with an innovation vision and mindsetWhat are your key accountabilities?Responsible for the yearly and 5 years product marketing plan of the defined product portfolio and quarterly monitoring of implementation to achieve targets for the current fiscal year and in line with the 5 years strategic plan;Steer and drive product portfolio innovation along with R&D partners, both internally and externally;Responsible for the validation plan and execution along with global validation colleagues, independent research institutions and laboratories;Coordinate customer laboratory services together with the Global Technical Service Coordinator;Responsible to create and manage the product registration plan, maintain master dossiers for your products, with the help of the global registrations team and QA officers;Managing the global and regional product-mix with relevant price setting keeping in mind the current and future market developments, customer needs and competitor landscape;Developing & supporting marketing materials such as trial reports, brochures, technical articles, product presentations, product data sheets and leaflets along with Global MARCOM;Provide technical and positioning training to the technical and sales force and TN distribution channels;Accountable for price strategy and price setting of the related product offering with the programme manager and the global pricing team;Ensure product message alignment with programme manager & marcom and shared effectively throughout the organization;Work in close co-ordination with dosing equipment lead to ensure the product compatibility with dosing equipment range;Working with cross functional teams to troubleshoot any product related issuesAs a Global Product Manager Yeast Control you will report into the Global Business Manager Food2Feed.What we offerWorking for Nutreco means a fantastic position in an international working environment with lots of development opportunities. You can empower others.What you bringEducational background in the agribusiness microbiology and animal science (MSc or PhD);5 years of experience in product management, sales and strategic marketing;Experience in business to farm across species (swine and ruminants) environment preferred;Demonstrable knowledge of organic acids application in microbial risk control;International business drive and matrix organization experience;Market, competitive landscape and customer needs understanding;Collaboration and effective communication, internally with support functions: Sales, R&D, Procurement, Species Councils, QA/QC, Production, Logistics, Registrations, and externally with key customers and industry stakeholders;Set priorities, delegate responsibilities and follow strictly time schedules that lead to achieving the proposed goals;Result oriented and capable to write both commercial and technical reports and articlesStrategic thinking and leadership skills with commercial acumen;Excellent training skills and ability to create and deliver compelling presentations, able to write technical reports, write trial protocols, interpret trial results, calculate the economic benefits and demonstrate value for the customer;Excellent command of the English languageExtra information / Apply directAre you the perfect candidate we are looking for?
