Manufacturing & Supply Chain Process Lead – Nutreco – Amersfoort

Then Nutreco has a very interesting role as a Manufacturing & Supply Chain Process Lead for you. 

As the Manufacturing & Supply Chain Process Lead you are responsible for establishing standardized and harmonized processes across ECA Supply Chain & Procurement, including the use of Nutreco ERP system (Unite). The overall purpose of this is to increase the efficiency, quality and professionalism of our Supply Chain & Procurement organization which will in turn deliver improved customer service.
Nutreco’s ERP system is critical to the efficient operation of our business, especially within Supply Chain. To date, there is limited knowledge and competence on how to use our ERP and every Operating Company (OPCO) within ECA Business Unit uses it differently. It is therefore vital that we have a role dedicated to defining best practice, work with Opcos to adopt best practice and maintain standards for the future. This role will be the technical voice within Supply Chain communities to translate new process ideas into tangible processes that can be executed via the ERP.
What are your key accountabilities? 
•    Responsible for defining the best practice and benchmark standard for Supply Chain processes and how to use Unite (ERP system).
•    Responsible for assessing all Opcos within ECA, based on agreed priorities, to determine the key improvement areas or gaps versus the standard.
•    Responsible for defining the action plan, in agreement with ECA and local Management, to improve processes within an Opco and how to monitor adoption of these processes.
•    Responsible for the monitoring of adoption of new processes within Opcos, including identifying where adoption has not been fully embedded and work with the Opco team to ensure that the changes are embedded.
•    Responsible for providing relevant training or support to the local teams to increase the local competence within Unite, including the adoption of “Key User” or “Super User” responsibilities.
•    Responsible for identifying process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of our Supply Chain.
•    Responsible for being the technical representative within Supply Chain Centre of Excellence forums to share knowledge and support the teams to implement new processes from systems perspective.
•    Responsible for liaising with Nutreco Core Competence (NCC) team on future developments to our ERP including projects and leading communication of these with the ECA Business Unit.

What we ask  
You are a team player as you will have to will have to work with a wide range of stakeholders including Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement and ECA Management. You have a strong technical understanding of ERP Supply Chain processes and how ERP systems should be used. 

What you bring 
•    Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, International Development (or equivalent experience)
•    5+ years working experience in similar role in an international organization 
•    Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work with cross-functional teams across various time zones
•    Analytical, project management and organizing skills
•    Strong presentation, facilitation, training, mentoring, and coaching skills
