As an HR Service Partner, you will join the HR Shared Services team for Northern Europe. In this role, you will work closely with colleagues based in other countries, that’s why it’s essential to have an international mindset. Your primary focus will be on one or two countries, however, every change we make will be evaluated for applicability to all countries to ensure consistency in our processes. This approach not only ensures a streamlined experience for our employees, but also makes it easier to provide coverage when a colleague is on vacation.What are you going to do?As an HR Service Partner, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to our employees and managers who are based in different countries. You will assist them in navigating our systems, answering any questions they may have about compensation, benefits, leave and global HR processes such as performance evaluations and merit & bonus cycles. Our approach is digitalized, however the extent of digitalization may vary by country. Questions will be submitted via a ticketing system, and any changes such as job changes or new addresses will be made directly in the system by managers or employees. Your role will be to review these changes and process them as necessary, ensuring that benefits are adjusted accordingly.In this role your responsibilities will be diverse and ever-changing. It is essential for you to be able to keep a broad overview of all ongoing tasks, anticipate the potential consequences of changes, and prioritize accordingly. In addition to these day-to-day responsibilities, we are constantly striving to improve our processes and working methods. This includes harmonizing, digitalizing and making things more efficient for both our employees and management. Your ideas and suggestions for improvements are highly valued and will lead to opportunities for participation in related projects.As an HR Service Partner, you will collaborate with HR Business Partners, Recruiters, and other HR colleagues to deliver exceptional HR services to our employees and managers. You will be a part of a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Shared Services team, reporting to the manager of the HR Shared Service Centre.
