Field Technician – Cognizant – Amersfoort

Role: Role is expected to support the in-car mapping technology on the fleet of vehicles. Contractor will need to have the ability to analyze problems and return quick solutions to challenging issues. Responsibilities: Assembly and disassembly of systems in-house and in-field on vehicles ; Troubleshooting and replacing various computer and camera components Remote support for vehicle fleet, including walking operators through system function tests and collecting relevant data over the phone. Support engineering teams with test and data collection projects Travel may be required to complete in-field ; Create and maintain safe working environments. Coordinate shipment of equipment to and from field locations Attend occasional customer meetings. What you will bring to the team: 2-3 years’ experience in hardware troubleshooting, installation, and warehouse management High school or equivalent Technological savviness Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to operate and communicate effectively with people at all levels of the business. Comfortable with a rapidly changing environment Strong problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail Able to work independently, motivated, proactive attitude with a passion for learning and creative Driving license
